Preston has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since graduating from the Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts in 2013. His work is driven by a deep affinity for anatomy and physiology—a passion he continues to cultivate as a current nursing student. This clinical foundation allows him to provide highly informed, solution-oriented treatment for both acute injuries and chronic pain patterns.
In the treatment room, Preston specializes in the integration of deep tissue massage and myofascial techniques. He approaches the body with technical precision, focusing on the connective tissues and deeper muscular layers to resolve restriction and restore mobility. While his work is anatomically focused, he prioritizes a sense of rhythmic flow and deep relaxation, ensuring that the nervous system can down-regulate even during intensive therapeutic work.
Preston’s goal is to make high-quality bodywork accessible and effective, helping clients understand their bodies better while finding relief from the stresses of physical injury and daily life. When he isn’t in the treatment room or studying, he is usually out on the trails of the Olympics or playing pickleball.
