Jenn is a a professional wildlife biologist and 200-hour RYT and Alignment Based Yoga Specialist (ABYS). Jenn discovered yoga in high school and was instantly drawn to the calming, centering effects of the practice. She has since been a dedicated student of yoga and is continually expanding her education of yoga and related practices including meditation, breathwork, philosophy, anatomy, and Ayurveda. As a yoga teacher, Jenn’s philosophy is to meet students where they are at by encouraging a graceful, nurturing practice that includes use of props and modifications to ensure people of all abilities get the most out of the practice. Jenn weaves her passion for the natural world into her teaching, creating a unique style that leaves students feeling more connected to themselves, to others, and to nature.
